6. Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery is offered, additional conditions may apply.

Customers selecting Cash on Delivery agree to accept the order and make the required payment to the delivery provider upon delivery.

Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders or providing false delivery information may result in Coco Cloud restricting or removing Cash on Delivery availability for future orders.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website or communicated to you.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Coco Cloud is not responsible for delays or additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact information provided by the customer.
